OpenOffice, but as it’s a csv I’ve tried opening it with a simple text editor to no avail.

Something I did notice:

For this testing scenario, I’m exporting the file only after setting the date back an extra month to reveal an older order I’ve been using for testing the CSV export. In the same photo you can see “Start Date” and “End Date” and when I load the page, there are no orders. I first must tell it to go back to January, by then it reveals my test order, and the export is blank.

Could it be that it’s not refreshing when I load the dates and exporting a blank because technically, this month has no orders, only January does?

Only after verifying the error was not due to any edits by comparing the file packaged with the plugin. Editing was proactive in response to the error, not the cause. I’ve edited so that users on the site do not see ugly, broken PHP.

As I said, in order:

i.e. the second paragraph didn’t happen before the first… that’s why I mentioned that it fixed the error. Please let me know if more clarification is required.

If 1.3.9 is the newest version, someone managing the files has sent an old version and I’ll relay that to them and be sure that it’s not simply because of old templating after trying the newest.

So there is an error popping up when I try to submit the form and it’s vague and the server logs both in WordPress with WP_DEBUG = true on as well as apache’s logs are showing nothing when I try to use the form.

Is it possible someone could take a look? I’ve already made sure the Product Enquiry plugin is the most recent version as well as yours.
