Rank Math is a popular SEO plugin for WordPress. It handles your page titles, meta descriptions, social sharing tags, schema, and XML sitemaps across your whole site.
WC Vendors Pro lets each vendor write their own SEO details for their store and products. With Rank Math, that vendor-written text replaces Rank Math’s defaults in the page head, so each vendor store shows up in search results and social shares with its own title, description, and image. Anything a vendor leaves blank falls back to your normal Rank Math settings.
Key features for your marketplace
- Vendor store SEO: each vendor sets the title and meta description for their store page from the SEO tab in their dashboard settings.
- Branded social sharing: vendors set their own Facebook and Twitter title, description, and image for their store, and their shop name is used as the site name.
- Correct store links: the Open Graph URL on each store page points to that vendor’s store instead of your main shop.
- Product SEO: vendors add an SEO description to each product, which becomes its meta description, and can turn on Open Graph and Twitter Cards to share it with their own SEO title.
- Admin control: you can hide the store SEO tab, the product SEO fields, or individual fields from vendors in the WC Vendors form settings.
To turn it on, tick SEO Compatibility in WC Vendors > Settings > Display > Advanced. The integration needs WC Vendors Pro. Rank Math is free on WordPress.org, and the integration also works with Rank Math PRO.
