@ELSA : possible to share your site url. I am using buddyboss theme for over 4 months now and have been able to optimize it for a 2 second page load with around 1000 products on store.
@FERVOUS , i have disabled it in WordPress settings. Though the issue is as below in which case the redirect happens.
1. If the vendor does not have a avatar uploaded then the redirection happens.
If the vendor has avatar uploaded from profile page then there is no redirect.
@FERVOUS , Please check the attached snapshot and also the link for gtmetrix result. Problem is that if the store vendor does not setup an avatar image then it sets a redirect to website default avatar causing redirects. These redirects are based on amount of vendors you have on homepage. After setting up image for couple of them it has been reduced for now but we cannot do it always. So if i have 10 vendor products displayed on home page then there would be 10 redirects on homepage increasing site load time and also hampering pagespeed score.
5 days and no reply. Is this the support for paid plugin @ben @fervous ?

Just to update:
We are using Fedex rate calculator to collect shipping amount from customer. Although as the products are from two different vendors hence it shows two separate costs. Which in turn means the customer has to pay 2 shipping costs for single package. You can try the same from our website as it is live now.

Just to update @fervous , i tried disabling the pro plugin and then re-enabling as well. Post entering license details i am still getting “Software API error.”.

@fervous ,tried the same but did not work. It still gives error when i use the same at my admin area to activate. Also in the dashboard at WCVendors the license still shows expired.

Wish to remove the highlighted part from single product page or anywhere it should not be mentioned for frontend consumer.
@ben, thanks after investigating more i figured out it is the “word” which we were using as slug creating the problem. As the same word is referred by WooCommerce as well.
Though after this we are facing another problem. We are using Marketplace theme with WC vendors Pro.
problem 1 : The moment we activate buddypress plugin we get the below notice in our debug logs : –
“Notice: bp_setup_current_user was called incorrectly. The current user is being initialized without using $wp->init(). Please see Debugging in WordPress for more information. (This message was added in version 1.7.) in /xxx/wp-includes/functions.php on line 3897”problem 2 :The moment we activate marketplace plugin of buddyboss which came with theme the site shows error and stops working.

Peeyoosh Kumar@ben : I tried changing slug of company to brand. But still i am getting 404 error. If you would like to have a look at the site then please do leave your IP address and i shall revert with access credentials.

Instead of Vendors/ we are using Company/ as slug. The weblink also shows xxx.com/company/vendor1. But this gives a 404 error when clicked.
Instead of “Sold By” we are using “By”. When click on “By” on product page it gives 404 error.
@ben Yes clicking on sold by tries to take me to vendor store but it shows a 404 error there.
Vendor Shop Slug is : “By”

I have checked KB article on permalinks, searched on google, wordpress & here as well. Tried all possible solutions provided for getting Vendor store links to work. But for me it is still 404 error.
please help.
@ben, i tried the ones mentioned above and also checked the KB article for setting permalink. Still i am getting a 404 error on vendor shop click.

Your vendors are currently NOT being given their calculated shipping dues! Please ensure that you have the following plugins active: WooCommerce, WC Vendors, Packages Configuration for WooCommerce.

A) For Shipping the Vendors pin code and address should be used for rate calculations and also for shipping label generation.
1. For domestic(same country) customers:
a) Do not wish to show shipping cost on front end to customer. From customer perspective it would be free shipping. Though from Admin or Vendor perspective there would be shipping cost involved which has to be calculated and utilized accordingly.
b) For Admin & Vendors : show the shipping cost before printing shipping label.
c) Allow Admin(Wp-Admin area) & Vendors(WC vendors dashboard) to print shipping label for the order.
d) Shipping cost to be deducted in addition to vendor commission for each sale and calculated accordingly and shown in dashboards.2. For International customers:
a) Show Shipping cost including any duty to be paid.
b) & c) remain same as above in this case also.
d) As the shipping cost in this case is added to cart value upon checkout hence no deduction from Vendor on this case.Logistic companies to be used:
1. Domestic : (both the below mentioned logistic aggregators have drop shipping available. Both company developers are ready to help if we get a developer to work on the plugin)

b) Shipyaari.com : API Document could be provided. (Cannot attach it here as the file type docx or pdf is not supported)2. International shipping from India : (evaluating both the solutions mentioned below though we are open to any other provider as well in case you wish to suggest)
a) Easypost : They do have a plugin for WooCommerce by WooForce though it has to be modified for usage with WC vendors pro.
b) Yakit : They do not have any plugin for WooCommerce but have one for Shopify. There development team is ready to help if we can find a developer. 🙁Please guide us to appropriate solutions which can be used.
@Greg, I am from India and we are building a marketplace using WC vendors pro. We are also stuck just like others on the shipping modules for some of the logistic providers from India.
It would be great if you could share the plugin and if we can get it working with our logistic providers i would be happy to share some of that development cost for sure.
our shipping is also based on dimensions and weight of the products.

On my marketplace my vendors are located across the country and i need to pick there pin codes for the products being sold by them.
Any help is appreciated.
