NOTICE: We've Moved to a Ticket System for Support

As of August 31, 2017 (12am EST) our support forums will be retired (read-only), and we will be moving to a support ticket system.  This will allow us to better organize and answer support requests, and provide a more personalized experience as we assist our customers.

For the time being, we will leave our forums open for reading and learning while we work on creating a more robust Knowledge Base for everyone to use.

    Hello @ben @fervous :

    I am not sure if it was a glitch or done on purpose, but my thread post for help has been deleted from the forum. I have been following up on it since a month now for support.

    Have wrote emails to Ben several times as well expecting support and resolution to what was promised to me over email while purchasing the plugin.

    This link does not exist anymore on the board.

    Can the issue which was mentioned in the thread be addressed and resolved? We have our launch by 15th May and have been following up since a month now.

    Its quite frustrating sometimes when a single revert does not come rather the thread is deleted without any information or notice.

    Just for your convenience i have reattached the snap of the mail i have from @ben mentioning to tell him once development cycle is complete and he would switch the date for license accordingly.

    @fervous ,tried the same but did not work. It still gives error when i use the same at my admin area to activate. Also in the dashboard at WCVendors the license still shows expired.

    Hi:

    Just to update @fervous , i tried disabling the pro plugin and then re-enabling as well. Post entering license details i am still getting “Software API error.”.

    Please provide me with an admin login & password in a private reply so I can get your license setup on your site.
    If you are not running at least Prov1.3.8, then it needs to be updated first. Otherwise it will not work. So in order to activate the license, I may have to update your WC Vendors Pro. Make sure this will not be an issue. If you have overridden a bunch of files, then this will be an issue.
    Let me know if this will work.

    OK- done.
    The first thing now that you will want to do is backup your site, and then update WooCommerce to the latest version. You will need to update WooCommerce.
