No. WC Vendors Free and WC Vendors Pro do not support WordPress Multisite, and we have no plans to add it.
WC Vendors and WC Vendors Pro work with any theme that is fully compatible with WooCommerce. If your theme uses the optional woocommerce.php template file, your theme is not supported.
Yes, your subscription automatically renews on the anniversary of your purchase. You will get a reminder email 7 days before the renewal in case you would like to update or cancel it. You can cancel your renewal at any time by editing the subscription on your account page.

Because Pro provides a complete front end dashboard, it can’t automatically support every WooCommerce extension. Some plugins need custom development to work with Pro.
