Yes, hard crop is selected for all 3 image types (catalog, single and product images). Two vendors uploaded a pic each and it is nowhere near the correct size: http://www.iestand.com/shop. Let me know how to correct. Thanks!

You offered in a prior communication that you’d be willing to reach out to Tokopress for me (marketica theme help desk)– they have been so unresponsive and it is very frustrating – makes me appreciate you even more! Here is the bulk of my 4th communication with them:
I purchased Woocommerce Membership and by default the seller of the membership product is the admin/user. So it shows up with ME being the vendor. I can’t update my/admin/user store banner as I don’t have access to the vendor dashboard as an admin. 1) How can I either a) remove all banners/logo from all single product pages (the theme overrides WCVendors check box to remove banner/store header on single product pages AND b) be able to update the admin/user store banner.
2) Separately, how can I use a default store background banner image or color vs. the red/brown color? Currently the WCVendors default background won’t work b/c the theme is overriding it?

I wanted to remove store banner from individual product pages, but by unchecking the box (woocommerce – wcvendors – pro tab – Store Single Product Header is Unchecked) — but the banner still shoes up on single products. I want it visible on the shop pages only (and that option IS checked). Any ideas why or what to do to remove it from single products?

If a vendor DOES enter a shipping rates in the store settings tab, does it show up under their banner on the “view store” tab?
I have seen this a few times and I DO NOT want addresses made public of the sellers.
BTW, I tried to upload pdf of the screen shots but the file type is not accepted — how can I send the screen shots of some of the tabs?
Hi, I have disabled international shipping from the dashboard and in doing so, all products have NO shipping options.
I then created a 2.99 flat international shipping fee and that is the default shipping on all products — the 1.99 flat fee (default for national shipping is not). I enabled geo-location — still doesn’t work. I checked the box to “hide shipping until address is entered” but the flat international fee keeps showing.
The per vendor/per product is NOT overriding the default international fee.### WordPress Environment ###
