Hi Stu, it sounds like you have the Shop Page setting in WooCommerce incorrect. wp-admin > WooCommerce > Settings > Products > Display > Shop Page – Products Only. Then you should only see products on the vendor store pages rather than categories and all sorts of other stuff.
You should see all of your purchases on your site when logged in as the username of whom purchased them on the My Account page.
