So both WC Vendors and WC Vendors Pro are the latest version, correct? (1.9.8 for WC Vendors, 1.3.9 for WC Vendors Pro)
I am so sorry you are still having this issue.
Can you check with your host to see if they are blocking outgoing cUrl ? Also, are you (or your host) using a firewall?
Is WC Vendors Pro working properly for you otherwise?
