1. Please share your WooCommerce System Status in a reply (wp admin > woocommerce > system status)
2. WooCommerce and WC Vendors are not multi-site compatible. So please try this on a single install. It says, Network activated) under the WC Vendors plugins, so I am guessing you have multi-site active on your site. That will not work properly.
