Yesterday we released the 1.4.0 (and then a quick 1.4.1) update to the Offers for WooCommerce plugin.
As of right now we are doing final testing of our WC Vendors extension to ensure everything is set for both the free and Pro versions. Barring any unexpected problems we should have it ready within a day or two. 🙂
