You can choose to allow a vendor to submit a product without approval, or you can choose to restrict the product from being live until admin has approved the product.
When you choose to require approval form the admin, the product does not appear anywhere on the site for sale or viewable by customers until the admin has approved the product.
So: —>Vendor Add a product—-> Submits for approval—–>Product does not appear for sale in the vendor store or the main shop –> but when Approved it appears in the main/marketplace shop and the vendor’s store.
