Just tested the theory above and can confirm that’s what’s happening. Ticking ‘apply to be a vendor’ signs then up as a customer then redirects to the vendor sign up form.
However in the mind of a vendor (at least 50% of them) they believe they have applied for a shop as they filled in the FIRST form and ticked to apply to be a vendor. They’re not registering that they need to fill in ANOTHER form for their application to be complete.
Sigh!
So to prevent any of us losing potential vendors I’d like to ask Jamie very nicely if he could change the role of users to be Pending Vendor when user ticks the Apply to be a Vendor box.
