If you have added SSL, then please go to your wp settings and ensure that both your site urls are set to https:
wp admin > settings > general: WordPress Address (URL) and Site Address (URL)
Then go and save your permalinks:
wp admin > settings > permalinks
If this does not do it, or you get intermittent permissions issues, install the plugin: Really Simple SSL and run through the setup. this should take care of any further insecure content on your site.
