I logged in and saw that there is no default commission rate set wp admin > woocommerce > wc vendors > commissions
You’ve only chosen the FIXED type, but there is no rate/amount entered.
Even if you will be charging different commissions on a per vendor or per product basis, you need to set a default rate.
Please do so and see if you calculations are correct in new transaction tests.
