Please contact the authors of that Redsys gateway plugin to ensure that it has been updated for WooCommerce 3.0++
WooCommerce made a lot of changes for that new version, and everything has to be updated to comply with the changes.
Otherwise, without being able to see what is happening, I cannot work out why this is occurring on this website.
