I was recently working on a site that had a similar issue.
At one time, did you delete orders from the wp admin?
If so, you can try removing these from your database under pv_commissions and see if that helps.
Otherwise, Jamie did build in some additional checks that will be in the next update that will prevent errors on the pro dashboard if the system is searching for old or deleted orders and products. After the WooCommerce 3.0 update, this became an issue.
