Did you update to Pro v1.4.3? I think you said you did.. but I need to know if your versions of Pro, WC Vendors and WooCommerce are current.
Have you deleted any orders? If you have deleted orders without reversing the commission, sometimes an error shows because the system is still searching for those values..
