Try using it now, with the Stripe modal form disabled.
If that does not work–
Check your redirect for Stripe .. will be located here:
login to your Stripe
go to: connect > settings > platform settings > Redirect URls
For both development (test) and production (live) make sure they are https if you are using SSL
