Hi thank you for your reply – I will look into the information you have given me on debugging. The reason someone from freelancer set it up is because I am self-taught in web design – I don’t really know what I am doing at all! I am hoping to do some courses next year when my third child finally goes to school.
With regards to Postman SMTP – i have not opened the mandrill account and it is giving me this message: Postman is not configured and is mimicking out-of-the-box WordPress email delivery.
When I look at the email log it shows that the emails are not sent for the following reason: Missing internal data in the header. Message discarded.
I haven’t changed the email template at all so not sure what the data is that is missing..
One last question – I have now learnt how to update the template files but since doing so my products no longer have prices on them on the category pages – I know this is not a WC vendors issue but do you know where I can get support on how to put the prices back on there?
