Hello,
We are not integrated with WooCommerce Shipment tracking, so those fields are not built into our front-end forms in Pro. That plugin is also not integrated with our Vendor Shipping- so it would only show an admin shipping method as well. We do have marked shipped and tracking # capabilities for the vendors in the Pro dashboard already..
