NOTICE: We've Moved to a Ticket System for Support

    Hello Support,

    I need urgent notes from your end that My client purchased pluginhttps://www.wcvendors.com/product/wc-vendors-pro/ for single site then can following things will not be causing any issue?

    1. If plugin https://www.wcvendors.com/product/wc-vendors-pro/ purchased then do i need to enter subscription key in my plugin setting at wordpress?

    2. If i will be activated licence key for our development server like http://dev2.ifuturz.com/wordpress/rentmydress/ then upgraded features will be activated but if i am going to deploy from my dev server http://dev2.ifuturz.com/wordpress/rentmydress/ to my client’s server URL then this plugin activated features will be there? It will cause any issue on client’s server if once upon i have used this upgraded plugin on my dev server URL?

    Hello,
    1. Yes- when you purchase WC Vendors Pro, you’ll receive a license key. It is entered here: wp admin > settings > WC Vendors License
    2. I am not sure I clearly understand your question. You do not need to activate the license on the development site. You can develop and use Pro for the development– only activate the license on the live non-development site.
    For development, just download Pro to the development site, and work. Then activate the license on the client’s live site when it is ready to go.

    To update the development site’s WC Vendors Pro version, do it manually:

    To manually update :
    1. back up your site (optional safe measure)
    2. download the latest Pro version from your account here: https://www.wcvendors.com/my-account/downloads/
    3. deactivate & then delete your current WC Vendors Pro (info/settings are stored in your database….)
    5. Immediately upload the new Pro version zip you downloaded from my-account.
    6. Activate! ?
