NOTICE: We've Moved to a Ticket System for Support

As of August 31, 2017 (12am EST) our support forums will be retired (read-only), and we will be moving to a support ticket system.  This will allow us to better organize and answer support requests, and provide a more personalized experience as we assist our customers.

For the time being, we will leave our forums open for reading and learning while we work on creating a more robust Knowledge Base for everyone to use.

    Hi there, I moved to a new website/url and i can’t activate license. It says deactivated but it won’t give me the option to activate. I already check on the old url and it’s deactivated. can you help me resent or something? Thank you!

    Sure–
    I am not seeing an activation on our end, so it is not a lingering activation out there.
    Could you please provide me with an admin login & password for your current URL in a private reply and I can try to activate it for you?

    This means that one year has passed, and you will need to renew your WC Vendors Pro license by purchasing another year of service for updates & support: https://www.wcvendors.com/product/wc-vendors-pro/

    also i’m having the same trouble. i cant deactivate and activate on a site (we’ve just put it live). i think i have about 3 months left. There doesn’t seem to be the option anymore

    Hmm.. it is showing deactivated on our end, so it is not a case of it being activated elsewhere.
    Could you please share an admin login & password in a private reply IN A NEW FORUM TOPIC that you write (the original author of the topic can see private replies) and I will try to get it activated for you?

    Also- yes, the Pro license is for one year of support and updates. After one year, you will need to renew your license to continue receiving updates and support.

    Those login credentials are not working for me..
    You do not need to check a box at all. Just enter the license key and save.

    If you still want me to try, I need an admin login and password, please. 🙂
