    Hello,
    Well.. looking at your system status, I see several issues:
    1. WC Marketplace: by WC Marketplace
    The Grey Parrots – 2.6.5
    You can only use ONE multi-vendor plugin at a time. And you’ll need to get rid of WC Marketplace’s vendor roles (dc_vendor) by using the User Role Editor plugin. Here are the steps to do that:

    1. You will need to install a plugin called User Role Editor https://wordpress.org/plugins/user-role-editor/ and activate it.
    2. Change all of your current vendors to the role of shop manager (temporarily).
    3. Go to: wp admin > users > user role editor.
    4. Now, go to the right tab buttons and select DELETE ROLE
    5. Drop down, you’ll see Vendor (vendor) and Vendor (dc_vendor) Our “vendor” role is just vendor. WC Marketplace’s role is dc_vendor
    6. Remove dc_vendor
    7. Also remove dc_pending_vendor and dc_rejected_vendor

    2.

    Shop base: ❌ Page ID is set
    but the page does not exist

    Cart: ❌ Page ID is set
    but the page does not exist

    Checkout: ❌ Page does not contain the shortcode.

    You need to set these WooCommerce pages

    3.

    Pro Dashboard Page: ✕ -Your pro dashboard page cannot be set to your free dashboard page.

    You need to set your Pro and free dashboard pages.

    Hello,

    I completed step #1, but what is the shortcode needed for the pages on step 2 and where are those pages assigned so I know which page ID to edit? Also, how so I know which dashboard page is free and which is not so I can switch them?

    Do I need to delete the WC Marketplace plugin?

    Thank you for your help!

    Rachel,
    Ok- I logged in (thanks for providing your credentials when you created the topic).
    I got rid of the WC Marketplace roles and deactivated WC Marketplace. You should delete it yes- but I did not want to do that in case you did not wish to do that.
    I reset the vendor & pending vendor roles.
    I checked your pages— all look fine except the order and shop settings needed to be child pages of the regular free dashboard- so I fixed that. Looks like you sorted out how to assign the pages properly for the most part. 🙂

    Try all of the vendor functions now and see if they work properly. The vendors on your site have our vendor role now instead of WC Marketplace’s vendor role.

    Thanks Anna for your quick support and direction! Is there a way to allow vendors to both buy and sell products on the site from the same account?

    Hello,
    Vendors can purchase products just like customers.. and they can view their purchases on the my account page > orders. They do not need a separate account to buy. 🙂

    Awesome! Can buyers purchase items from more than one seller in one transaction?

    Do you have instructions somewhere on how to set up the secondary menu to have menu items for “My Account” and Sign Out? Also, is there a way to change the shopping cart icon?

    Rachel,
    Yes- customers and vendors can purchase items from more than one vendor/store in a single transaction.

    To change to cart icon… this can be done with css if you use another font awesome unicode.
    The css for the cart icon font awesome icon in storefront is this:

    .site-header-cart .cart-contents::after {
    content: "\f291";
    }

    If you wanted to change it you have to find the unicode for the icon you want from font awesome.
    http://fontawesome.io/icons/ (type shopping into the search bar)

    Click on the icon you want to use. It’ll show up in a new page, and next to the title you will see the unicode. If you want the standard cart, its icon unicode is: Unicode: f07a
    SO to change the css for this, you’d place this in your theme/child theme style.css file (or in wp admin > appearance > customize > Additional CSS ):

     .site-header-cart .cart-contents::after {
    content: "\f07a";
    }
