    Hi @fervous and team,

    You may already be aware of this, but we’ve found an issue with the additional images gallery. When a vendor creates a product and adds a feature image + additional images, everything works fine on front-end and back-end.

    But when they re-enter the product and attempt to add, remove or edit any of the products in the gallery, the following happens: a) on the vendor dashboard, the “Add product image” icon moves to the right of the additional images, rather than remaining on the left-hand side where it should be (screenshot: I’ve circled where it should be); b) on the product page on the front end, a blank image sits where the second product should be (screenshot: again circled to highlight).

    From the vendor’s perspective, the only remedy is to delete the product and create it again.

    Any ideas how to fix this?

    Thanks,
    Nadav

    Nadav, I just checked on the Storefront theme and Generatepress theme and this is not happening on my dev sites.
    Can you switch to Storefront and see if it is still happening on your site?

    @fervous
    You’re right, it’s the theme causing the problem.
    I guess I’ll have to refer this one to BuddyBoss as well.

    Yes unfortunately I can’t assist with that one.

    If nadav is not able to reply, You will need to contact BuddyBoss for support with this issue, if you are using the Social Marketplace / OneSocial theme.

    Hi @twothirds
    The problem was caused and solved by BuddyBoss. The solution involved having to insert and edit plugins/buddyboss-marketplace/includes/templates-class.php

    If you send a ticket to BuddyBoss, they should be able to provide you with the write file.
