Hello,
I was wondering if there was an easy way to add more “info” mouse-over, tool tips to the create/edit product area. I’ve been using a CSS assistant plugin to make most other changes, but admins can’t be vendors, so I can’t use it
any help would be apprecaited,

Here is an example of how to make a tooltip for the fields.. this is using the Store Name fields. You’d have to find the appropriate filter for whatever field you wanted to make the tooltip for.
Depending on your theme, you may have different code.
For the standard tooltip included with WC Vendors, you’d change the LABEL $args to include the abbr title for the tooltip.
This code would be placed in your theme/child theme functions.php
