    I upload my photos in size 2478 x 600, and they look normal in the edit branding, but when I save changes, the photo is blurry, floggy, loss of color, and looks terrible.

    Why is this, and how do I fix it?

    2478×600? That’s huge. Resize that thing way down. 😉

    Hi, Ben.
    The result is the same when I deactive Jetpack. and Other page’s images are display properly.
    Only Shop banner to display abnormally.
    Please advise.
    thank you.

    http://www.yoctta.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/11/15677826117_d59f8ea992_z.jpg is the image it is loading. It’s more tall than it is wide. Try uploading a wider image. I’m wondering if we should have a banner cropping tool in Pro…….

    Hey Jlnhan

    I had the same problem as you, and i modified the file store-header.php

    At line 40 you will find this:

    <div id=”banner-wrap”>
    <?php the_post_thumbnail(); ?>

    Change it to this:

    <div id=”banner-wrap”>
    <?php the_post_thumbnail( ‘full’ ); ?>

    and tell me if it helps..

    Follow this article, and you should be good to go for fixing any theme that causes problems like this. In summary, the theme is coded incorrectly, and this will fix it.
