NOTICE: We've Moved to a Ticket System for Support

As of August 31, 2017 (12am EST) our support forums will be retired (read-only), and we will be moving to a support ticket system.  This will allow us to better organize and answer support requests, and provide a more personalized experience as we assist our customers.

    We are trying to fix some issues with the sub menu buttons falling in behind the pages when the member tries to access the activity, groups menu button from after entering the members section, they have gone behind the front page. We deactivated all the plugins and then reactivated them and the developer has found that the WC Vendors Pro plug in when activated causes the issue and I would like if I can have one of your tec people have a look at this for me as I have already tried to get the theme developer to fix the issue and following their instructions my developer is saying that the problem is being caused by WC Vendor Pro plug in. Waiting in your response, thanks.

    Hello Andre,
    What theme? Those menus are not at all related to WooCommerce or WC Vendors.. buddypress or something, it looks like.

    Please reply with your WooCommerce System Status Report ( WP Admin > WooCommerce > System Status ) .. set it as a private reply if you prefer.

    Disabling select2 may help with this…. though I do not now if this is a css issue, js issue or a select2 conflict. You can try disabling the select2 and see if it helps with this issue. Please use a dev site or backup your site before you make changes.

    To disable select2: Wp admin > WooCommerce > WC Vendors > Pro… scroll all the way to the bottom of the page: UTILS > Disable Select2

    I have just purchased another package of WC Vendor Pro and STRIPE Gateway, can you help me with my API keys as they are not in my account all I have received is the Licence Key which I cannot use to activate neither WC Vendor Pro Or STRIPE Payment Gateway, can someone help, thanks. Also I still have the Old API Key fro the first purchase can I still use this one for the other site which I haven’t used yet? I haven’t tried using it to activate the site yet.

    If you visit your account page/downloads here: https://www.wcvendors.com/my-account/downloads/
    You should be able to retrieve your license keys for those.
    You can use your license on one site- so your old license, if it is still valid, can be used for one site, and your new license on another site.
    I can see that both of your licenses are not showing as activated on our end; on each website, go to: wp admin > settings > WC Vendors License and activate using your email and the respective license key to activate the license.

    I have just done this again, the Licence key that I have 157b9034e35a852dd1a7691f6b255a8214d4b3ac is not enabling me to activate my copy of WC Vendor Pro using the above code and email [email protected] , I keep getting the message that I keep getting “The WC Vendors Pro license key has not been activated, so the plugin is inactive! Click here to activate the license key and the plugin”
    I have tried a few times but I keep getting the same message, Kindly provide me with the correct API Key so that I can activate the account which I have paid for.

    Hello,
    Please provide me with an admin login & password in a private reply and I will attempt to activate it on your site, and if that fails, on our end using your website URL.

    Hello,

    Please download the latest update and then your license key will work. Our new license keys and system was introduced in version 1.3.8.
