im reviving an old thread.. working with a developer at the moment to rearrange the single product page on my site but we ran into an issue.. and this old thread explained it better than i could
When I go into the Pro Dashboard to add an auction. In the Product Type dropdown I select auction and then click on the auction link and begin to fill in the fields.
When I get to the price I fill in the Start Price, Bid Increment, Reserve Price and Buy It Now Price – Then I choose the dates and click Add Product.
Now when I view the Product, it displays as a Sale Item and the Buy It Now Price is not displayed.
If I go back to Edit the item, I can see that the Buy It Now Price field is empty. If I fill it in again and click Save Changes – the Product updates and now the product shows the Buy Now price.
Somehow it seems the price, in the Buy It Now field did not save or was dumped when clicking the Add Product button.
I also tested this in http://dev.wcvendors.com and the same thing happened – new auction product displayed as a sale product – Buy It Now price not displayed.
Thread was left unanswered……. can i have some input?
i searched the forums and the only other people talking about it are having the same issue as me, im guessing this auction feature isnt popular with users of the vendor plugin? I hope you can help, as this is the reason i bought these plugins for the auction integration

That integration needs some more work; this will likely be done fairly soon.
It was offered as a free extensions. We’ll likely be upgrading it and adding in all of the features in the future and it will then be a paid extension with full support.
I will be testing this later to get an idea what may need to be fixed.oh no 🙁 please tell me im not toooo early.. How could such an integral feature be overlooked? Id gladly pay for a working version

I do not think anything was overlooked with the buy now button- it does show up- just not for the first submit sometimes. There’s a glitch somewhere. I am looking in to it, and if I find a fix just for that function, i will definitely pass that along to you so you can get it working right without the second submit.That plugin DOES need some love. Like I said- it was released as a free offering, and most users have done a lot of their own additions or changes to it.
We do plan on adding to it, cleaning it up, and then re-releasing it as a paid, fully supported extension.
okay, thank you very much.. if i have to i suppose i can use my programmer to find the issue.. but until then, ill wait and see
