NOTICE: We've Moved to a Ticket System for Support

    I just buyed WC Vendors Pro but I didn’t receive from you a regular invoice (with your TAX ID,…).
    How can I request it?

    Tax id’s are not given out to retail customers for any purpose.


    Hi Ben,

    but a “regular” invoice must contain the full name, address and VAT number of the supplier.
    In your mail you didn’t specify these informations.
    Do you have any problem to integrate them on a regular invoice please?

    You’re thinking of rules for Europe. We’re America. We dont give out tax numbers or social security numbers to people who request it when not required.

    When you buy a company lunch, do you ask McDonalds for their tax id #?

    Either way, we dont provide it. We thank you much for your support, but this is not information a USA based company gives out to customers.
