NOTICE: We've Moved to a Ticket System for Support

As of August 31, 2017 (12am EST) our support forums will be retired (read-only), and we will be moving to a support ticket system.  This will allow us to better organize and answer support requests, and provide a more personalized experience as we assist our customers.

    Hello Guys,

    I installed WC Vendors (Free version), when I try to register as a vendor nothing appear as a form.

    Check link http://woocommerce-88060-246058.cloudwaysapps.com/wcmp_vendor_registration

    Another issue, I integrated mangopay but it is not showing up in the payment page so I had to add the WC Vendors Test Gateway.

    Any idea?

    wcmp_vendor_registration is a page for a different multi-vendor plugin called WC Marketplace

    I’m just wondering how good your plugin would be useful if there are other stuff to make your marketplace a good place for your future sellers.

    This includes sellers to be able to :

    -Make online refund on orders received in their account for fulfillment in case they are unable to fulfill.
    -(RMA) Return Management where buyers need to return their items.
    -Mass upload for sellers to upload their products at once via csv files.
    -Vacation modes for sellers.
    -A Marketplace table rate shipping service.
    -Attributes creation by seller.
    -PDF invoicing manager for sellers.
    -Tax manager.

    I believe these are the essential stuff. If I mentioned stuff available within your software can you tell me which are they?

    What about if I integrated third party plugins, how will they combine and sync with your WC Vendors solution?

    we have posted a reply to each other at the same time 5:14 PM, what a coincidence!

    I have already uninstalled the WC marketplace plugin. What to do to fix it…

    Also can you check if those marketplace requirement are covered by your plugin?
