NOTICE: We've Moved to a Ticket System for Support

    Hello support

    I am using a WC vendors pro version.And I’m happy with it πŸ™‚

    But the problem is when we proceed to checkout, the following error showing up “Delivery method is not selected. Please check the address well, if something, please contact us” but we have configured all the shipping address, rate and everything (screenshot attached)

    Please look into this problem as soon as possible. because this is the second time that I’m asking this question but still no any reply πŸ™

    Country Table Rate for just one price for japan is the hardest possible way to do this.

    1.) Switch your shipping setting in wp-admin to “Flat Rate”.

    2.) Set your defaults to whatever you want on that page. Save.

    3.) Login as the vendor, check vendors shipping settings. Save.

    4.) Test again

    Same place you configure all your shipping settings. wp-admin > woocommerce > settings. πŸ˜‰

    Please help on this issue also

    The problem is when we set the stock quantity as 1 it shows stock status as out of stock and when we set the quantity as 2 after purchasing that 2 products it still showing the product is available instead of out of stock. Is there any solution for this?
