NOTICE: We've Moved to a Ticket System for Support

    When adding items to the cart from a number of different vendors, my cart page shows the correct vendor under ‘Sold By’ for each item. However when I then click through to the Checkout page the table list items all show the same vendor under ‘Sold by’, despite them being from different vendors. The customer emails then chow the correct vendor per item.

    I attach here two screenshots, one showing the table on the Cart page and another showing the Same items with wrong vendors on the Checkout page.

    Are you able to isolate the issue?

    Strange..
    Could you please make sure you are all updated– WooCommerce 93.0.7), WC Vendors (1.9.11) and WC Vendors Pro (1.4.3)?
    Then please make sure your theme and the templates you have overridden in your child theme are also updated. We have had some major WooCommerce and WC Vendors updates lately and so it is imperative that all of these- plugins and theme- are current.

    Please let me know if the issue persists following your updates.

    Hi Anna,

    Unfortunately I’m not able to update anything right now. We’ve been developing for over 6 months to get our setup to a stable state and we need to launch within a week – updating even just one plugin would potentially unravel all of that work.

    What I can say is that this issue was not caused by and update as it appeared too recently, the two things that have been worked on in the templates/hooks the checkout uses are as follows…

    1. The display of product custom fields against table list items
    2. The display of the vendor email address following vendor name wherever ‘Sold by’ is shown.

    Item 2 was reverted back as it was not the solution we wanted, though I wonder if this may have caused the issue somehow. Would you be able to take a look at our files, given the right access, or at least let me know which templates the issue may originate from?
