NOTICE: We've Moved to a Ticket System for Support

As of August 31, 2017 (12am EST) our support forums will be retired (read-only), and we will be moving to a support ticket system.  This will allow us to better organize and answer support requests, and provide a more personalized experience as we assist our customers.

    Not sure if this is an issue with woocommerce or wcvendor pro. During checkout, customers are only asked to enter the billing address, how can I ask for shipping address as well?

    It will vary by theme– but there should be an option for the customer the SHIP TO A DIFFERENT ADDRESS with a checkbox.. then they can enter their shipping address if it is different from the billing address.
    Is this not present on the checkout page?
    And yeah- this is a WooCommerce + theme things, not WC Vendors 😉
