NOTICE: We've Moved to a Ticket System for Support

    I know this was a known issue and it is supposed to be fixed. Commission Subtotal in Vendor new order email showed for a couple of days and now the Commission Subtotal has once again disappeared.

    I have latest version of WC Vendors and I don’t know where this can come from. I can’t upgrade to the latest version of Woocommerce because my theme is not compatible yet. But this has nothing to do with Woocommerce because I tried with the latest version and commission subtotal doesn’t show neither.

    Any idea?

    Hello,
    So it did show for a few days, and now does not? Is this true for all orders emails.. the commission amount is not shown?
    That is odd..
    Did you alter anything at all in that time frame?
    I do not see that we had to change anything for WooCommerce 3.0 for those emails, though I know Jamie did have to provide a fix for the commissions not showing.

    Hi Anna, yes exactly. It is true for all orders emails.

    I also noticed that vendors orders emails are set in the language of the customer… Would it be possible to bypass this? I’d like my vendors emails to be full english.

    I am not sure we can control the language of the emails.. but I will look into this.
    For the email totals.. is this happening for both simple and variable products– or only variable products?
