    Hello,

    I have a problem with WC vendors free version: commissions are not applied…
    I setup the commission rate in the setup page.
    But when I make a test of buying a product, the commission applied seems to be 100%.
    I added some debug information in get_commission_rate function, it returns the good commission rate.
    But for some reason, this rate doesn’t seem to be applied on my order…
    Could you tell me where I should look to understand what’s going on ?
    Thanks

    Hello,
    Could you please share your WooCommerce System Status? (wp admin > woocommerce > system status > get system status > copy for support)
    Also– if you go to: wp admin > woocommerce > commissions is it showing the commissions split for the orders?

    Have you ever had another multi vendor plugin installed before WC Vendors?

    Hello Anna,

    Sorry for bothering you.
    Actually i made an error when making the test.
    Users have a fixed commission, but some other users (who subscribed to the site) have 100% commission (applied programmatically). And when I made the test, I did it with a subscribed user, so the 100% commission was perfectly normal.
    I tested with a regular user and commision was applied ok.
    Sorry again.

    I have one remaining question though:
    In the class wc-notify-vendor, there’s a setting called commission_display.
    Where can I set this setting to true in wordpress admin ?
    Thanks

    Hello,
    Someone else recently asked about this also– I actually do not know why that is there.. I will ask about it. My guess is it is left over from some older code that was there as an option in the older version of WC Vendors.

    Ok so I can comment it, because I want the amount of the commission to appear in the mail.
    But if you update the plugin then I’ll loose my changes.
    How can I do then ?

    help please !!!
    I want to change the design for my list of sellers so that it is the same to my site. I made the copy of plugins files to / wp-content / themes / YOURTHEME / wc-vendors / * on my ftp server. After I wanted to change the style of file “vendor-list.php” but no change.
    I’m going to try the free version and soon we’ll have the pro in the company.

    I’m sorry SIMOS but could you please open your own topic ?
    I asked a question to Ana and I’d like to get an answer, your question is not related with my topic.
    Ana, I edited the code directly but as I said, these changes will be lost if I update your plugin.
    So how can I do ?

    Thanks

    @simos
    Please start your own topic about your questions and do not keep bumping other users topic with totally unrelated questions.

    @bonsaiko

    When you comment this- is it working as you intend?
    If so– then unfortunately this is one modification you’ll have to re-add after updates, since this is in the core code, not a template, and there is not a filter or anything built into this area to make the changes update-safe. If it is just this single modification you are making to that core file, it will not be hard to make note of it and re-apply that comment after you update.
