When an order is placed it appears in the dashboard but the commission is displayed as 0€. I tried deactivating the Pro plugin to see if I had the same trouble with the free version. When I set the commission on the product in free version then re-activate the pro version it works.
It’s like the pro version commission field is not working whereas the free version commission field is working.
On the screnshot, order 19075 was placed with Pro version deactivated. Order 19090 was placed with pro version enabled. As you can see there is no commission in one case. Both products have the same configuration. Commission is set as fixed with a 3.33 value.

I’m not using the global commission setting but a per product commission. I also attached a screenshot of the product commission tab

You should ALWAYS set a global commission rate not just a per product rate. Does the per product work on non variable products?

You have several issues happening- the fields not working correctly, the commissions, etc…. and you also previously had woocommerce product vendors installed.
To debug all of these various issues, I think we need to scale back and start with some simple debugging steps. Otherwise, it is going to be very difficult to narrow down these issues. We need you to do some debugging steps so we can try to narrow this down. If you do not wish to do this all on your live site, then set up a staging site or a dev site – clone your live site- and do the testing there.First, please go to: wp admin > woocommerce > system status > tool. scroll down to: reset wc vendors roles. Do this.
You have a lot of plugins installed that could be interfering or causing some kind of conflict. Please deactivate all plugins except: WooCommerce, WC Vendors and WC Vendors Pro. That includes the Zapier stuff- deactivate that as well. Also any plugins that came with your theme.
Now, install and switch to the Storefront theme. STOREFRONT
Please now test everything. Test the paypal field that is not showing up for you, test the commissions. Test everything that you can. Use the WC Vendors test gateway if you do not wish to do transactions through your live gateway.
Please let me know what results you get from this testing.

I did the test you mentioned and it’s working great on the development website. So a plugin is probably messing up on the live website.
How can I do ? How can I identify which plugin is causing troubles?
Deactivate each plugin one at a time, and test. When the issue occurs again, you then know which plugin is causing the problem.
I think I figured out where it comes from… I had the shortcode for fixed commission instead of % in my functions.php file. Since this is only for the free version it might cause troubles to the pro version commission. Can you confirm?
