NOTICE: We've Moved to a Ticket System for Support

As of August 31, 2017 (12am EST) our support forums will be retired (read-only), and we will be moving to a support ticket system.  This will allow us to better organize and answer support requests, and provide a more personalized experience as we assist our customers.

For the time being, we will leave our forums open for reading and learning while we work on creating a more robust Knowledge Base for everyone to use.

    Hi guys,

    one of my vendors asked if we have any communication tool to send a message to the buyer via platform (not via email) I am using social mp theme and it has its own messaging tool but to do so a vendor needs to know the buyer’s username which I believe a vendor is unable to find.

    Would it be possible for you to add a function to send a direct message in the “order” tap in dashboard? that would be super convenient for vendors to communicate with buyers.

    on a side note – I see your site has been renovated (which is cool) and am wondering where I can see the changelog now.



    We have had a lot of customers use buddypress integrations to get messages working between customers and vendors. This would all be custom code out of the scope of our support.
