NOTICE: We've Moved to a Ticket System for Support

As of August 31, 2017 (12am EST) our support forums will be retired (read-only), and we will be moving to a support ticket system.  This will allow us to better organize and answer support requests, and provide a more personalized experience as we assist our customers.

For the time being, we will leave our forums open for reading and learning while we work on creating a more robust Knowledge Base for everyone to use.

    Hello,
    I am considering upgrading to WC Vendors Pro Support.
    I understand that on the Free product support is only through the forum. Before upgrading, I would like to make sure I understand how does your support desk work with Pro version inquiries.
    How does it work with WC Vendors Pro? Also in Pro support is only through the forum? How fast do you usually reply to Pro inquiries and questions?

    Well, congrats, you just figured it out. 🙂 Ask a question here, and we answer. Unless your question is about “Why is the Sky blue?” then we would just ask you to google that. 🙂
