    Hi guys,

There are several topics on that subject but I am still a bit confuse.
What is the status on using a currency switcher when adding a product?

When a vendor tries to add a product using his own currency. The regular price is being saved in the woocommerce standard currency (even though the symbol of another currency is displayed). As you can imagine, this is a major issue for a marketplace with customers from different countries.

ps: I have attached a print screen. I tried using storefront, deactivate every useless plugins, and the bug is still happening. I tried using wpml currency switcher and woocommerce currency switcher.

Thanks a lot for your support!

You can use a currency switcher to VIEW products in various currencies (as a customer). Vendors need to use the currency of the site (set in WooCommerce) to have proper commissions calculations.

Thanks Anna @FERVOUS for your answer.

This is exactly what I understood 🙂 However, is there a way for vendors to pay in another currency that the one used in woocommerce (default currency of the site)?

I live in Europe, so default currency is euro. However, some of my customers are in US. It’s impossible to ask them to convert their price in euro when they add a product. If using another currency that the default currency is not possible, do you have any idea how I can deal with this issue?
