NOTICE: We've Moved to a Ticket System for Support

As of August 31, 2017 (12am EST) our support forums will be retired (read-only), and we will be moving to a support ticket system.  This will allow us to better organize and answer support requests, and provide a more personalized experience as we assist our customers.

    Hi support team,

    I would like to know the process to set the time a Vendor would have to ship a product after receiving an order.

    What i am looking is:
    1) Vendor receive an notification by email saying that he received an order and he got 6 days to ship the product
    2) in settings, fix delivery time for all Vendors to 6 days. if the Vendor has been unable to send the order within 6 days, the order will be canceled and the product will be available again on the website for sell.
    3) When the vendor enter a tracking number of the order sent the delivery time process is stopped and the order status become sent.

    You’d need to do this at a lower level than wc vendors and do this at the woocommerce level for stock control. You could write some custom code to check if the order is shipped within x days of order and then process as required.
