With reference to above I would like to docters to product page as vendor
I need to add filter by location and Docter available for consultation with their fees checkout along with adding additional information tab for reports upload on product page.
Also.product zoom in.

You may wish to look at WC Vendors Maps by Philopress
And Jamie suggested Bookings because you mention consultationProduct zoom in.. if you are looking for a zoom image feature, that’d be a WooCommerce added plugin or coding, not WC Vendors.

Is this tab for the vendor view or customer view?
YES DOCTERS consultation available as a category with product named as prescription.so if online store is healthcare then wish to add docters available for consultation to patients.Where patients can choose from location pay and get second opinion.

For location, I do believe that the plugin by Philopress may help with the customers being able to see the location of the vendors/doctors. http://www.philopress.com/products/wc-vendors-maps/
For the consultation- depending on what you are trying to provide, WooCommerce Bookings may be needed. We will have an extension for WC Vendors Pro to integrate with that plugin sometime soon.To add a tab to the product page, you can see this here, as that would be a woocommerce modification, not WC Vendors:
