    Hello,

I just bought your pro plugin and trying to test it. I noticed that the store address fields are not getting saved for the users backend when i approve the vendor application.

I also need to add few fields on the Vendor application form such as EIN number, Company Name and company’s description which are vital before approving the application. I see that the template vendor-signup-form.php needs to be edited but i am not sure how to add and how will those fields be saved. Can you please guide me through it?

Also I wanted to ask how do i make the dashboard for vendors only front-end? Isn’t it automatic with the pro version?

    Thanks

    Hi Kriti,

No problems! Glad you were able to work it out. To give you the 101 of pro its pretty simple.

Pro Dashboard is a single page that provides everything a vendor should require to get selling on your site without every logging into the wp-admin. Unless they require variable products which we haven’t sorted out for the front end yet.

In Pro we now have vendor stores that will allow you your vendors to have more control over their store fronts in future releases.

As always if you have any issues let us know and we’ll be happy to work with you to resolve the issues.

    cheers,

    Jamie.

I’m also interested in add custom fields in application form. I would like to know if my vendors are registered tax payers or not.
The best thing would be a radiobutton that enables tax or not for them, but that seems kinda hardcore for me..

But maybe it is at least possible to add one custom field that I can see when I approve the vendors?

Bumping this one again. I can’t get variable product to show up as a Product Type.. Tried changing settings multiple times but it does not show up.
    Using version 1.0.5

for the extra field, look in the https://www.wcvendors.com/kb , acf fields your looking for, if not in there, search the forums, its here somewhere.

also as Jamie said above , ”Pro Dashboard is a single page that provides everything a vendor should require to get selling on your site without every logging into the wp-admin. Unless they require variable products which we haven’t sorted out for the front end yet”

so for variables, your best bet for user experience is to let them use the admin accessible dashboard, i might add they can only edit their product.

or wait for the next major release of 1.2.0

Pro doesnt support variable products yet. They wont show up on the front end no matter what you do.

When you need support, start your own topic, please. All you’re doing when bumping other peoples threads is email spamming them with reply notifications.
