NOTICE: We've Moved to a Ticket System for Support

As of August 31, 2017 (12am EST) our support forums will be retired (read-only), and we will be moving to a support ticket system.  This will allow us to better organize and answer support requests, and provide a more personalized experience as we assist our customers.

For the time being, we will leave our forums open for reading and learning while we work on creating a more robust Knowledge Base for everyone to use.

    Hello, I don’t know if it´s normal but the vendor doesn’t receive a email when the product was sold.
    Is it possible for the plugin to this?

    I highly recommend the plugin Postman SMTP. I had email issue on my own site until I installed that plugin and went through the email configurations. Also, I could check the logs within Postman SMTP to make sure my emails were being dispatched. https://wordpress.org/plugins/postman-smtp/

    Hi Anna, thank you very much for your answer.
    I want to know if it is a problem with my configuration or really this email never can be received by the vendors with your plugin.
    I read in the woocomerce configuration that there is a email for vendors but I don’t know if it is to notify that a product was sold.
    I will follow your steps of your last answer.
    I am receiving all the others emails from woocomerce.

    I have got one question to ask you about:
    How can u I hide customers details to vendors. I mean I don’t want vendors to see customer phone number and email ID in the email which will be sent to them after a a customer purchase a product.

    Hello @issiaka ,
    You can modify the email template by copying it and moving it to your theme/child theme.
    This is the template:
    wc-vendors/templates/emails/vendor-new-order.php

    You would copy it and move it to:
    your-theme-or-child-theme/woocommerce/vendor-new-order.php

    You can then edit it as you wish.
