    Hi guys,

The strings in your emails don’t seem to be translating.

Could you just check real quick locally if you can repro, and if not then I can send on details.

I’m talking about these two strings:
A vendor has marked part of your order as shipped. The items that are shipped are as follows:
You have received an order from %s. Their order is as follows:

and yep, they’re translated in the .mo and .po, and all other localization strings are working fine.

Looks good to me! I’m not sure what the problem would be, all the code is correct in them. Maybe WooThemes doesnt translate them when sending emails? That’d be my only guess…..

They’re very specifically *your* strings, not woo’s, would woo handle the translation for those? No mistaking when we’re talking about vendors.

But anyhow, I suppose I can just grab your email templates and hardcode it (remove the gettext thingy)

    Would that work?

You can certainly edit the email templates and hard code anything you like in them, replacing, adding, or deleting the text entirely.

Looks like that’s the way to go anyway then 🙂 Thanks Ben! 🙂
