    Hello

    I configured the PayPal Adaptive Payments plugin as described on the instructions page

    After completing a purchase, display “This transaction is invalid. Please return to the recipient’s website and try again.”.

    I’m using a bussines account on PayPal, and I’ve used PayPal account email, API username, API password, and API Signature in the plugin settings. In the “Application ID” field I have given the code Live App ID (created on paypal-apps.com) as described on this page: https://www.wcvendors.com/kb/configuring-paypal-adaptive-payments/

    When i did back to my website, display the following:
    “Error ID: 550006. The application is not authorized for the user”

    What can I do to solve this problem?

    Thanks in advance 🙂

    DO you have it set to “instant” payments?
    wp admin > woocommerce > wc vendors > payments
    If you check the radio box INSTANT, you are using just paypal adaptive payments. If scheduled or NOW is used, then that also uses PayPal mass pay, and you would have to check with PayPal to see if mass pay is enabled. for your account.

    Instant should work, though..

    Hi

    Yes, i already have checked the radio box INSTANT,

    Now I have removed the check for instant, and i selected the Paypal mass pay,

    Neither option works

    I’m still getting the error 550006

    Thanks in advance

    @isaiasin
    Are you using the admin account to receive payments also in your testing? Or are you using a different paypal account to send the payments to (vendor)?
    You cannot use the admin account to test payments.. you need another paypal account for the vendor..

    @isaiasin
    If you have used the credentials that PayPal gave to you after you applied for the Adaptive Payments… (did you apply for adaptive payments and receive acceptance from paypal?)
    Then please contact PayPal and have them help you understand why you are receiving this error.

    Hey Hector, did you get this sorted out? I’m having the same issue.

    Hi Clay

    Yes, i sorted out that issue

    Paypal-apps.com was still pointing to an old closed account

    I created a new PayPal account using a new email address

    It must be a new email address, and it must be a new PayPal account

    I did go to http://www.paypal-apps.com and apply for a new APP ID using the new email and account

    That worked for me
