    Hi folks,

    I’m having an issue with the lastest WCV Pro – instead of the usual shipping methods (flat, Fedex, WCV shipping), there’s now a laconic message :

    There are no shipping methods available. Please double check your address, or contact us if you need any help.

    Note:

    1. the message appears on cart and checkout
    2. shipping zones are defined, shipping methods are defined in WC
    3. running all latest versions
    4. if I disable WCV Pro and keep WCV enable, the shipping methods reappear. Only when the new Pro is enabled do the shipping methods disappear. It works as usual with WCV Pro 1.3.9
    5. I disabled all plugins, switched to storefront theme, no dice. I used a staging site for all this.

    Can you help ?

    I’m having the same issue on my dev site. Did you update to the latest woocommerce version I have not yet and didn’t know if this was maybe the issue?

    I have updated to Woocommerce 3.0.1 but the culprit seems to be WCV Pro : when the plugin is disabled, the shipping methods are back.

    Are you running Pro version 1.4.1?
    Try one thing- go to your Vendor Shipping page in your admin : wp admin > woocommerce > settings > shipping > vendor shipping
    And make sure the settings are correct; then SAVE. Even if you do not change anything- save.
    Check quickly to see if this resolved the issue.
    Also check that your vendors have their store address set, so that shipping can be calculated for Vendor Shipping.

    I’d also appreciate your WooCommerce System Status so I can see your site configurations (wp admin > woocommerce > system status)

    I updated the wcv pro and the shipping vendor is useless.
    I use shipments based on weight, to achieve this I used table rates shipping but after updating wcv pro, my shipping methods disappeared. So I ask you to deactivate this and leave it as it was in the previous version, unless you enter shipping prices based on weights

    Do your vendors all have their Store Addresses set?
    Are you using our Vendor Shipping, or another shipping module or plugin?
    Are these variable products? I was working with another site, and we were having difficulty with the shipping applying to variable products.

    Hi Anna,

    There’s only one vendor on site right now. The store address is filled in, customer address as well. Only one shipping module : WC Vendor Shipping.

    Only selling simple products.

    Hello,
    I am still researching this and testing. This is difficult to debug since I cannot replicate this on my development site; however, we are looking into this and will see if we can find the issue as quickly as possible.
