NOTICE: We've Moved to a Ticket System for Support

    Unbelievable you sold to shopkeepers who want to earn money and then this support ……………… I have never experienced and that is the pro support for 149 € ?

    Hello,
    I have not been provided with a question to answer – nor an error message— what is your question?

    The only thing submitted in the opening thread is the names of some of our file locations and lines..

    What issue are you reporting? What is your question?

    Does whatever issue you are experiencing happen when you have only woocommerce, wc vendors and wc vendors pro active (all other plugins deactivated) while using the Storefront theme? https://wordpress.org/themes/storefront/

    I have this Problem only with 1.4.4 with 1.4.3 is all ok. I have the newest Version from the theme from plugins . if i try wc vendor pro at other theme the same issue. Anyway the Support is ……………..

    You must remember requesting support is a two-way process. Time and time again users are getting frustrated when a problem occurs. You are the administrator of a multi vendor website. DON’T UPDATE your live site without testing on your test site first and don’t start slagging off the staff because you cut corners.

    I repeat don’t take updates for granted and test the shit out of stuff first. Then and only then do you request support and do it so your problem is understood.

    Hello,
    You have not sent an error message.
    You sent file paths.
    I have no idea what is occurring on your site, what question you have, nor what the error message is, because you’ve provided no information.

    How shall I support that?
    Please provide me with a detailed description of your issue if it occurs with only WooCommerce, WC vendors and WC vendors pro active (all other plugins deactivated) while using the Storefront theme.
    Screenshots and descriptions are helpful.

    Hello all the newest plugin and themes. if i disable the shipping systen no error anymore, but this is not the soloution.

    if i disable WC Vendor pro is ok.

    Storefront the same Problem. other plugins deactive.
    New Theme : Techmarket same Problem.

    Hello,
    thank you for letting me know where you were seeing this error so I could test and investigate.
    I am also seeing these errors also when I go to wp admin > users on my testing site for *some* vendors. Other vendors, when visited in wp admin > users > username-here do not have this error.
    I’ve reported this issue and hopefully we can determine why this is occurring for some users screens in the admin and have a fix ready for our next update.

    you see it doesn’t matter what language you speak, once you explained the problem the support staff were able to deal with it. There was no need to give the support staff a hard time.

    Glad you were only on your test site.

    Hello,
    No updates yet. I have reported this issue,and I will update you when I see that our lead developer has been able to fix the underlying cause of this issue.
