NOTICE: We've Moved to a Ticket System for Support

    Hi, when store wide free national shipping is enabled products are showing up in the cart with “no shipping methods available.”

    Am I misunderstanding the free shipping functionality?

    Please try entering an value and/or check the box for free national and/or international shipping if you’d like free shipping to come up. Also be sure that the vendor had a store address set for their store.

    Hi Anna, thank you for the quick response. I added the screenshots so you could verify my configuration. I have the free national shipping option checked at the Shop level. My understanding is that the vendor and product level configurations override the shop level. So if no shipping options are explicitly set in vendor or product, the shop configuration should apply.

    If you would please login as vendor one and also vendor two. Ensure that both vendor one and vendor two have their store address filled in: pro dashboard > store
    Then ensure that they each have their store address set as their shipping address: pro dashboard > settings > shipping

    Hi Anna, thank you. I’ve attached screenshots of those pages. I’ve even updated to WC Vendors 1.9.9 and no luck.

    Hello,
    Do you have an admin login & password I can use to take a look? You can provide these in a private reply.
    Does it accept and correctly apply shipping rates set as the vendor’s default? If you are to put something in the vendor’s default rates– do this work? I am trying to see if it is just not applying the default admin rate.

    Hi Anna, this is a local install so unfortunately I don’t have a way for you to access it. If we can’t get it sorted out today, I can get a public environment set up for you. I’ve been able to reproduce this issue multiple times so I know it’s not isolated to my environment.

    Store prices > Vendor prices > Product prices all work as expected and over ride each other properly.

    The issue is that this will be a default free shipping store, and I am unable to get free shipping working at all.

    Hello @jmballou ,
    I have tested on both your site and my own dev site, and I do believe this is a bug in Pro.
    I have submitted the issue and Jamie will be looking into it later today/tomorrow to see if he can identify the cause and provide a fix for this.

    There’s a bit of a bug if a vendor leaves all the shipping information blank when adding a product. You will see that error on the checkout page. You may want to try what I did to fix the “no shipping methods available.” problem.

    On the WooCommerce backend, under “Shipping” then “Vendor Shipping” enter .0001 in the “Product Cost Nationally” field. That fixed the issue on my end and it may work for you.

    Hi Anna, WCV 1.4 seems to have corrected the issue on my local. Is that expected? I can’t find release notes.

    Jamie may have been able to fit that fix in before we released the update for 1.4
