Hi I have a few questions about the whole plugin;
1. I am trying to hide admin members so they are not to be shown on the site – i followed this link which advises the solution https://buddypress.org/support/topic/hide-admin-from-members-and-activity/ I have added the code as advised in the feed but it has not removed the admin’s profiles.

3. There is a message system in the WC vendors plugin I would like to have some way of adding an attachment – http://www.awesomescreenshot.com/image/2319737/519afbcdc79e4273e949d59d5d6b7250 i have illustrated what I require. It is basically to add attachments when people are messaging each other
6. On the vendor dashboard you have commission due and commission received, currently the only way that this moves is when the admin confirms the commission is paid. I have set the site up so that the buyers pay the vendors directly. i am unable to use the paypal system because of the nature of the site, i use a system called circle pay, which works similar to paypal. How can i get it so that when the vendor has received money from a buyer to confirm that payment has been received? or if a vendor marks the item as dispatched/shipped that it completes the purchase and moves the money over to commission paid?
8. When an order comes in to a vendor they get an email notification, but they do not get a notification on the dashboard like when they receive a message, how come? Surely this is the most important part of the marketplace?
9. In the vendor dashboard how do we edit or add different options/menu items – so this is when you have logged in and have options like dashboard and settings etcThanks

1. No idea- that’s all buddypress or bbpress, not us.
2. I just tested this function, and it worked fine on my testing site. If you check the box, the Product Ratings tab no longer appears on the product page. BuddyBoss (author of your theme) overrides some of this with their theme and marketplace plugin- so see if they can assist, since if they have overridden something it may not recognize our admin controls.3. Again, that’s buddypress. Perhaps look into https://wordpress.org/plugins/buddypress-media/ or another similar plugin to provide this for your users. This is not WC Vendors or WC Vendors Pro related at all.. this is due to you having the buddypress plugin.
6. What happened to 4, 5, and 7? LOL.

No idea- I do not know how you have things configured- you are obviously using some kind of custom work? I cannot know how to help you with this since I have no idea how this is now configured on your site. We do not have a way built-in for vendors to confirm payment receipt or for the commission to be sent… If your customers are directly paying your vendors, then why do you need commissions sent? I am just not understanding this configuration…

The notifications are from BUDDYPRESS not WC Vendors.
I”l have to disagree– This is not the most important aspect of a marketplace, IMHO.9. You can look into something like NAVMenuRoles or use conditional menu settings coding to show certain menu items based upon the user role on your site.

Just coming back on the item in respect of marking the item complete by the vendor – buddyboss are looking into the other items for me.
From my way of thinking WC Vendors helps the site to be set up like ebay and on ebay if you sell an item, and then dispatch it, it confirms the order is complete. But currently this is a grey area for who/what controls it. In woocommerce on an ecommerce site this process is with admin but in my case and similar to ebay, how does admin know the order is complete to mark the purchase as complete? We need a way for the vendor to complete the order. The vendor receives all notifications via the WC Vendors Pro Dashboard, so how can we add an option to confirm the order is complete as they are in control of the products and sending them.

Andy, That’d be something you;d have to custom code for your site’s needs.
There can be more than one vendor in a order (woocommerce considers a CART an order), so therefore the “complete” order status permission is only available to the site admin. Admin is the only one who would be able to see if a whole order is :complete”, as in all vendors have shipped the products, etc.Hi
I only want the vendors shipping to show and not woocommerce flat rate, as this is allowing the buyers to avoid the cost of the vendors shipping.
Q: how do remove the flat rate completely and only show vendors shipping?

To remove any WooCommerce rates, go to: wp admin > woocommerce > settings > shipping
Under shipping zones, remove any zones that you have created there, or disable them.Hi
If i disable the shipping in woocommerce will it still show vendor shipping – woocommerce > general > shipping locations = disable shipping and shipping calculations?

The members item at the top says 46 members when there is actually 106? how do i remove this and make the sort default to alphabetical?
Also is there a way of using a different default avatar?
