NOTICE: We've Moved to a Ticket System for Support

As of August 31, 2017 (12am EST) our support forums will be retired (read-only), and we will be moving to a support ticket system.  This will allow us to better organize and answer support requests, and provide a more personalized experience as we assist our customers.

    Hi, Hello, I need to resolve this urgent question.

    When a customer makes a purchase to a particular vendor, the seller does not receive any notification email and does not appear on the order list.

    I only get the order pending as an administrator.

    How can I get the seller to manage his pending orders? Approve, or cancel your pending orders, etc.


    Vendors are notified by email of orders that have been paid.
    Are these orders paid? Or is payment still processing? What payment method are you using?
